General plumbing
The 2 story building is building #4 . There are clean outs behind the building for each unit 12-18.
Buildings 1,2 and 3 (units 1-11) all have cleanouts on the front of the building
There is also a big clean out between units 5 & 12 (buildings 1&4).

HW Heaters
Units 12-23 we have ponys in the corner of the cabinets. To take the HWH out you have to pull the panel out. There are screws that can be unscrewed and panel taken out so the HWH can come out. 1-11 have normal HWHs in closets. Unit 18 has an electrical on demand
